I have a cold sore inside my lip how do I cure it?

I used Abreva until my physician gave me Denavir.  It's a cream you apply as soon as you feel the cold sore coming on.  This works REALLY well and the whole cold sore time drops down to about 3 days if you get the cream on as soon as you feel the cold sore there.

Abreva and l-lysine are big helps for me. I hope you find something that works quickly. Those things are no fun!

Ask your primary care physician for acyclovir prescription. Take it as soon as you feel tingling before the actual cold sore shows up.
