You probably have keratosis Pilaris rubra faceii. 
use cerave products and moisturize your skin a lot! Don’t use harsh scrubs or products that will only make it worse. Don’t use too hot of water. Also when you exfoliate use a chemical one like cerave SA face wash. Moisturize a lot!!! You can find lots of research about it online. I was diagnosed and you can treat it but it’s not curable! Usually it does away with age. You can get laser treatments but yours don’t look bad enough where you would need it!
