Skin care routine hydration suggestions *inkey*

I know I want to use the inkey salicylic acid cleanser and the inkey glycolic acid toner, both inkey. What should I use for hydration in my routine? If I use a hydration cream before a glycolic toner is that okay? This will be in the pm. HAAALP! *NOTE: already have a moisturizer and spf*
