Re: SKIN

@lilyperk I have struggled with acne throughout my 20’s and into my 30’s; the Tower 28 Beauty SOS Intensive Redness Relief Serum with Hypochlorous Acid 2 oz / 59 mL and their Tower 28 Beauty SOS Daily Rescue Facial Spray with Hypochlorous Acid 4 oz/ 120 mL have been miracle workers at calming acne and inflamed skin, I incorporate them both into my routine regularly now and my acne is better than it’s ever been.

I tend to avoid skincare with fragrance as that almost always triggers a breakout for me.

Something else that’s really helped me is incorporating a magnesium supplement into my daily diet. It may be worth looking into for yourself and possibly discuss with a health care practitioner. I’ve read that it can change the sebum produced to become less thick/dense and therefore less likely to clog the pores. It also affects hormones which can possibly impact acne caused by hormonal fluctuations/problems. I take a supplement that contains both oxide and Malate magnesium.

I used to get really big, deep acne all over my chin and jaw line that made me cry so much. It took so long to find what worked for me, it’s a million times better since using the SOS products & taking magnesium ❤️‍🩹
