SA+Niacinamide=?

I recently bought #The Ordinary Salicylic Acid 2% Exfoliating Blemish Solution 1 oz / 30 mL and The Ordinary Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% Oil Control Serum  . When it put them on the foam up when they mix. Is that normal? I tried mixing them together before applying them and it seemed to work better to fight acne.
