Hi @CSanicha! Dermalogica Retinol Clearing Oil 1 oz / 30 mL is specifically designed to clear acne breakouts / reduce acne. It smells bad in my opinion, but if you can power through the smell, it works really well. I can tell a big difference if I pause it for several days.

I use tretinoin 0.1%. It works well for my oily skin.
