Red marks left from acne

I have had two years of bad breakouts and that are now somewhat going away. Now what I am dealing with is the red marks left behind. I am trying everything I feel like to try and fix them. It is making my skin look ways worse that it actually is. Does anyone have any recommendations? Thanks

I am using KATE SOMERVILLE - D-Scar™ Scar Diminishing Serumon a scar from an accident a few months ago and it's definitely helping!
