Red bumps on cheeks

Hello, I’ve been having horrible skin for a while and it’s only getting worse, it started with a couple pimples and now months later it’s gotten soo bad. I’m currently using drugstore cleanser, toner, and moisturizer, and I wanna get some high end products that will help because it’s gotten so horrible. I also have redness around the mouth and nose and I have no idea why. Any recommendations for products that will actually help with this, I’ve tried so many products and nothing is working it’s just getting wors

Re: Red bumps on cheeks

@julia1610 Have you seen a dermatologist, to determine if it's true acne? Prescriptions have a better punch vs otc and more ingredient options. Higher end doesn't mean works better. Try to figure out your skin's triggers.

Sure cleanser, moisturizer, spf are the basics of a good routine, but you need a treatment step.

For me, otc redness relievers don't do much.

The Ordinary Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% Oil Control Serum 1 oz/ 30 mL

May help, but I use (different brand) after rx retinol is completely dry.
