Recurring Acne on cheeks, etc. Help!

Hi everyone. I'm 23 years old and I have a few different skin issues that I'd like help figuring out! My pores and blackheads are really visible, I have recurring under-the-skin pimples coming up on both of my cheeks, as well as tiny bumps and my skin just generally looks rough/uneven. I cleanse, tone, and moisturize every night and use a mask 2-3x a week (hydrating, pore clearing, & mud masks). I also have a clairsonic that I use 2-3x a week.  I'm frustrated because I feel like I'm doing everything right yet my skin still isn't even, clear, or smooth looking. Any help or product suggestions would be really appreciated 🙂 Thanks!
