Hey guys! So a couple weeks ago I got recommended the ordinary niacinamide serum but I got a whole bunch of pimples on my face and they won’t go away. Does anyone have any tips on how to get rid of them or why this happened?

I really like using pimple patches I also really like the The Ordinary Glycolic Acid 7% Exfoliating Toner 8 oz/ 240 mL it really strong and not super expensive it’s also really good with body acne
