Question regarding my order

Hi there! It’s my first time to order online at Sephora, so I just have a question regarding my order. I just received my order, the Acne solutions clear skin system of Clinique, so at the Checkout there’s a Free Trial Size Sample of Acne Solutions Clinical Clearing Gel and it is also included in the receipt; but I didn’t receive the free sample. Is it shipped separately or they just didn’t give me the sample?

It should have been included with your order. They screw those up from time to time. Just email them and they should fix it and send you one.
