Order Pending- Out of Stock?

All items that I purchased are out of item except samples and the status is pending. I want to get refund as soon as possible in order to order other products in time for Thanksgiving Gift.

I already email customer service center but no reply yet......

What should I do?

If you keep waiting I think they will ship to you.Because when you made the order, it was in stock. My order had the same situation before, and I already received those products, the pending session tooks almost 2weeks
