Oily/acne prone skincare routine

So, I’m new to the whole skincare game, and I’m looking for some help developing a skincare routine. For serums, I’m using the ordinary and I have a regimen for that, and I also use Drunk Elephant beste no. 9 cleanser, but that’s it. 

Shoudl I be using toner? Moisturizer? Masks? 

My skincare concerns are:

oily (t-zone area)

sensitive

blemish prone

large pores

acne scarring 

texture irregularities

Before getting into masks and exfoliating treatments, you'll want a moisturizer and sunscreen. Some moisturizers I've found that work well for oily skin are CosRx Oil-Free Moisturizing Lotion, Belif Aqua Bomb, Caudalie Vinosource Sorbet Cream, and Ole Henriksen Sheer Transformation. For sunscreen, I've had good luck with ones from MdSolarSciences and Coola. @CalleyH
