Need some suggestions on exfoliators.

My esthetician recommended me to buy a exfoliator that doesn’t have microbeads in it. So I don’t spread my acne.

If you're looking for an exfoliator without microbeads, look for a chemical exfoliant, as opposed to a physical one that is gentle enough for your acne prone skin. I have two recommendations for you: 

1.) Tatcha The Rice Polish Foaming Enzyme Powder: This gentle exfoliant has rice and papaya enzymes to remove debris and polish away dead skin cells.

2.) AmorePacific Treatment Enzyme Peel: This is also gentle enough to use everyday and is not a physical exfoliant. It has Papain and Allantoin to both exfoliate and soothe the skin.
