Missing item

Hi I am missing an item in my order. I ordered 2 benefit they're real mascaras and only received one. I am very disappointed since I was charged for it. I can see they were very careless because the receipt that came in my package didn't even say the quantities of all the items. I have the virtual receipt on my phone. This really sucks, what am I supposed to do?
