Male face routine?

My boyfriend gets breakouts and has acne scars. He complains about tightness after washing his face (with body wash) and probably has never thought of a moisturizer. I am wondering if anyone has any recommendations for a very simple guy routine to help he get his face under control. TIA!

My dermatologist tells me that a face wash with benzoyl peroxide is the best way to go.  A moisturizer is probably a good idea, too.
