Post in Acne-Prone Skin

I wanted to hear your thoughts on what type of acne this may be. I am coming up on 29, I have combination/more on the oily side of skin. I have been using the Dr. Gross alpha beta extra strength peels off and on for the past two weeks, and I can’t tell what else I should do since these bumps/texture aren’t clearing. I wear a good sunscreen daily (supergoop unseen) and also apply moisturizer (vanicream sensitive) along with washing my face daily morning and night with cerave foaming wash. Any advice/tips welcomed. Thanks

also to add, I believe I deal mainly with hormonal acne as I have been breastfeeding over the past 4 years all three of our sweet baby girls. How long until I know if the dr gross peel pads would be helpful for me? I was adding them in with hopes to kickstart anti aging and clearing up this stubborn acne. Please refer to pics .
