I need some help:)

I have lots of small red bumps I’ve had them for over a year and cant seem to get rid of them I have tried everything!! Anyone have any recommendations?

Have you seen a doctor or a dermatologist @boweie ? A professional would be able to identify what's going on and hopefully help you out.

The red bumps are on my face mostly around my nose, chin and mouth
