I need some help yall

i have really bad acne that's deep under the skin, i don't think i've ever seen one of my pimples go away and i've had not been able to get rid of them, the oldest one is 2 years old. Is there anything that can help with this? I've tried everything and nothing has worked.

@Ellaontop  If you’ve really tried “everything,” then the only thing I can recommend is to see a dermatologist or your primary care doctor for diagnosis and treatment options. I’d recommend that even if you hadn’t already tried the usual acne go-tos, especially for acne that’s deep under the skin surface. You might have cystic acne. That type of acne doesn’t respond well to most over-the-counter acne ingredients (salicylic acid, for instance). But you’ll need a derm or other doc to diagnosis that for you.
