Foundation

Any recommendations for primers my T zone gets very oily after couple hours but before applying makeup my skin is dry. I like a natural finish not too Dewey not too matte. I like Nars radiant long wear foundation but after an hour or 2 mf T zone gets dry. Any recommendations for primer with that foundation to mattify my skin? I heard there’s silicon based and water based.
