Foundation recommendations for oily/acne-prone skin?

I currently use fenty and it works great but I wanna see if I can find better. There's so many foundations out there to try but I can't break my wallet. Does anyone have good recommendations for foundations that are great for oily and acne prone skin? Bonus if they're waterproof and transfer-proof. I'd really like if they're long lasting and don't look horrible later in the day. I'm also not sure but I heard water-based works better for acne?
