Dry patches on face and foundation

I have dry patches on my face due to dermatitis...what is the best way to wear foundation without making it look 10 times more prominent ...every time I put foundation on it makes the dry patches look so much worse...anyone else have this or know what the best skin products and makeup for this and dermatitis prone skin?!helpppp

I had the same problem, no matter what foundation I tried, it would make dry patches. I’ve started using this and the results are pretty good. Because it includes acid, it eliminates my patches and it’s a quick fix. I’ll usually apply this treatment and follow with serum and moisturizer before i put my makeup on. Hope this helps!
