Depo-Provera shot- comedonal acne?

Has anyone gotten tiny bumps on their forehead due to the depo-provera birth control shot? It is comedonal acne on my forehead all the time. Sometimes it has bad flare ups and sometimes it’s ok, but the bumps are still there, with nothing in them. Curious if anyone has experienced this and knows a solution. I feel like I have tried just about everything.
