Cystic acne

Any suggestions for preventing/treating cystic acne? I’m 29 and never had acne before. Having to wear these face masks to work every day has really taken a toll on my skin and I’m breaking out on my cheeks and chin nonstop. I have extremely sensitive skin, any tips would be greatly appreciated 🙂

Hi @treenaweena ! I love Kate Somerville EradiKate Daily Cleanser 4 oz/ 120 mL , it’s gentle and effective! If you’ve never had acne before, there are a lot of products that claim to clear it overnight, and there are also lots of irritating products. Steer clear, and I stead go for gentle products and weekly exfoliation to remove dead skin. Another product I’d recommend that actually helps with skin sensitivity and acne is The Ordinary Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% Oil Control Serum 1 oz/ 30 mL . I hope this helps!
