Closed Comedones or Fungal acne?

I wanted to get your analysis on something. I noticed that my cheeks look like they are showing some closed comedones (I believe, or maybe Some type of fungal acne) but I wanted to get your opinion. I should mention that I exercise and sweat a lot during the week, nonetheless I have been using the following products :

Are there any products you would recommend to treat this?

Hi! Not sure if you still have this problem but it looks like fungal acne. You also mentioned you sweat a lot so that could definitely be it. I would recommend watching Dr Dray on Youtube, she has a lot of informative videos about this issue. Good luck!

@Anonymous  Have you talked to your Doctor about it? I had bad acne and my dr prescribed me some medication that helped clear mine up. Mine was more of a fungal acne as well.
