Can i use IPL on top of acne scars?

Hello guys I have a little question for you.. I have some acne scars on my face that i've been treating for the past 6 months with natural products and my skin has been thanking me!!

I still have some scars here and there but not a big deal, I also recently got this device IPL for permanent hair removal from glintii.com and I'd like to use it for my facial hair as well.. People have been saying that the IPL technology it's also very good for the skin and to eliminate blemishes.. What do you suggest me? Anyone has tried it yet? Is it okay to use it on my face?
