Blind Pimples that do not leave!!

Hey guys,

For a while now, I have been dealing with many blind pimples (some painful and all scarring) in the 'contour of my cheeks' are specifically. I heard that can happen from bacteria in hair, phone or your pillow but that is not the case with me. I don't contour either so it is not any product that is not working out. I have tried basically everything. Any tips or similar struggles?

@Drishti Hi there! Not a skin expert by any means...but have you tried going off of dairy? There are these things called androgens in dairy that offset your hormones and can make you break out! When I cut back I broke out soooo much less on my cheeks! I still get one or two but it helped me a whole ton:) so maybe give that a try for like 3 weeks? Also read feed your face by Dr. Wu!
