Best moisturizer for dry skin caused by Doxycycline & Benzoyl Peroxide prescription?

My sister was recently prescribed the antibiotic Doxycycline for acne, as well as a topical treatment of Benzoyl Peroxide. Now her skin is extremely dry, red, irritated and burny. What is the best moisturizer she can use to combat this?

Your sister was perscribed the same stuff I was for my acne! Personally, I've only been using the BP every other day so my skin doesn't dry out so much.  My go-to mositurizer in the morning has been Mario Badescu oil-free lotion but at night is when I try to moisturize the most with facial oil and a heavy night cream.
