Best cleanser and moisturizer for winter

Any suggestions or recommendations for the best cleanser and moisturizer for acne prone and sensitive skin?

Apart from sensitive, what is your skin type (oily, combo, normal, or dry)? What type of climate do you live in? And are you looking for anything more than moisture? Any chance your acne is caused by a sensitivity to ingredients in makeup and/or skincare products?

For a cleanser, Philosophy's Purity would be a great choice.

I like the Clinique Dramatically Different Gel (I have combo/oily, slightly sensitive skin) for day, and something a little heavier at night - like Philosophy's Renewed Hope in a Jar, Belif True Cream Moisturizing Bomb, or Caudalie Soft Cream. Neutrogena's Hydro Boost Water Gel is also good.

Overall, I've found Clinique, Caudalie, Ole Henriksen, and Philosophy to have good products for sensitive skin.

Drink plenty of water. If your skin feels really dry or dehydrated in winter, a humidifier can also help.
