@Daniela0621  I think it helped my son.  He's not very consistent about taking his supplements, so it's hard to say with 100% certainty.  We discovered the tretinoin was irritating his skin (even with a moisturizer,) and he stopped using it, but kept using Goldfaden MD's Wake Up Call, Goldfaden's Detox Mask and Sunday Riley's Ceramic Slip Cleanser, and he's doing much better.

Yes I've seen an improvement in my skin! Make sure to drink lots of water too. About a gallon a day. Lots of water & these pills will definitely help! I noticed a major difference in about 2 weeks.
