Any good products for acne-prone skin?

Do any of you know of a good, quick working product for combatting acne?

RE: Any good products for acne-prone skin?

So my advice for you is to see a dermatologist. I know it sounds expensive/a hassle, but it's so helpful to have a professional help! I've had acne prone skin for years and my dermatologist has helped me so much prescribing me medication to help my skin for the better. My sister has very mild acne, but she went to a dermatologist too just to wipe it away and she's very happy with her fresh, clear, baby skin as well. From there I would recommend using oil free non acnegic/non comedogenic cleansers, moisturizers, etc.. with my medication, I use Este Lauder's Day Cream- Dry and Boscia Clear Complexion Cleanser. I know this was not much help in terms of recommending products, but a dermatologist can honestly do so much from severe to mild cases.
