Acne prone skin

Hello guys, I am a dude so I know nothing about skincare products, I just need your recommendations for the acne stuffs that can cure my gf’s face

I have no idea with my gf’s skin lately, her skin was super normal in the past few months, and then a few acne started growing so I decided to get her the murad. After using Murad, her skin condition gets more worse, so is there an item that helps her breakout??
