Acne or Breakout I don’t know whether my skin is breaking out or if it’s just acne.

Thank you so much for posting a photo! It looks like you may be suffering from under the skin congestion since there is no redness to indicate this could be acne.

Try using our most gentle exfoliant Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant Refillable Exfoliator 2.6 oz/ 74gwhich releases Salicylic Acid to help break up and reduce the congestion and it also brightens the skin, revealing a more even tone.
