Acne! Help!

Within the last 2 days i’ve got these little bumps (textured and bumpy) all over my forehead. Nothing comes out of them and they are not red or inflamed at all... Have not been doing anything differently with my skincare either... I used to get slightly larger versions of these on their own (not such big quantities and individually, not grouped together like these) and benzoyl peroxide treatments worked for years! Not working now... what are they and how can i get rid of them?

@caitlinschats  I’m not a dermatologist but it looks sorta like closed comedones. For me I find using aha/bha seems to help. I really like to use Drunk Elephant Mini T.L.C. Sukari Babyfacial™ AHA + BHA Mask 0.5 oz/ 15 mL  or Drunk Elephant T.L.C. Framboos™ Glycolic Resurfacing Night Serum  I’ve even used The INKEY List Beta Hydroxy Acid (BHA) Blemish + Blackhead Serum 1 oz/ 30 mL and it works well too. I notice after consistently using it it helps mine go away.
