Best lip products for dry lips

Hello all! So, I always drink plenty of water and use chapstick for lip hydration however I always get those pesky flaking on my lips. Is there a lip balm you all swear by? I want to have fuller healthier lips that will allow my lipstick to look better and stay put!

Sephora carries a variety of tube lip balms and lip scrubby lip balms. I recently purchased one and love it! I also am a huge fan of Bite Beauty products! They have a lip primer that is very effective at hydrating your lips before putting on your lipstick. It prevents lipstick from bleeding and makes matte lipstick look smoother. I also like their agave lip balm and need to try their scrub and lip mask. I also recommend tinted lip balms from Too Cool For School. It is a Korean beauty brand that has a lot of good ingredients for your lips. I wish they were in a tube instead of a lip balm container because their lip product is a jelly consistency. It can get annoying to rub off your finger but I love the product so much I ignore that minor issue. Tarte also has a great tinted lipstick that I really enjoyed! I think it is called the Rainforest of the Sea Lip rescue or quencher. I got the rose/ nude shade and absolutely loved it! It felt like a lip balm with a hint of color. It was very flattering. Ever since I'd been on accutane I've had a similar problem with dry lips, what I found that helped me best was using Vaseline as a moisturizer for my lips before bed. Hopefully this helps!

I agree with last post that Laniege Lip sleep mask works great to keep lips smooth and soft. Also use any type of Blistex spf coverage when outside. Can use Blistex TLC for lip base before gloss or lipstick. I like Dior Addict maximizer for base, but may be too much until you get your lips moisterized.

I know that they don't sell these in Sephoras, but the Blistex medicated lip balms have made a massive difference in my lips and I use it every night religiously

Laneige lip mask!! Loooveeee! It's cheap, and smells great too. It's so moisturizing and softening. I wear it through the day as a lip balm, as well as at bedtime as a lip mask. I have tried other brands like Bite, which is a cult fav, but I prefer Laneige much more!

My HG is rosebud salve. I put it on every night before bed and always have a tube on me. I used to always struggle with extremely chapped lips but it's rarely a problem anymore because of this stuff.
