Not all Sephora locations carry the same brands. Drunk Elephant is a scouted by sephora brand meaning it's still pretty new to them carrying it. Not all Sephora stores have the same square footage and that effects how many different brands they can carry. Also depending on the type of client will depend on brands too (some areas people will spend more to invest on their skin than others). A couple brands that you might not find: Tata Harper, Farmacy, Tarte skincare, sk2, Lancer, herbivore, etc. and that can also depend if people buy more natural or clinical skincare. Unfortunately your Sephora store does not control what brands it will and will not sell that comes from head office.

Not all Sephoras carry the same products. I found that out with Bobbi Brown products as well. Drunk Elephant is a growing brand, meaning if they do carry it, it will be in a smaller area of the store until they can buy their own aisle. Where you find Drunk Elephant, you will find a bunch of other newer brands as well. I also saw biossance in the same area and they are fairly new to sephora too. They do not carry many products so they really don't need a super large amount of space in the store like some of the other brands. Some brands are required to come out with 3 new products every so often. Most of the makeup brands need a lot more shelf space. Sephora likes to help start up brands with great products get on their feet. Usually if they do not carry it in the store they will carry it online or can order for you in store.
