Any recommendations for atrophic acne scars? I've tried dermarolling, msm cream, castor oil, chemical peels and haven't seen significant results with any.

Try Kate Somerville d scar serum. Use it at night after toning (no mositurizer) Cover the scar completely in this serum “globbing” it on and let it soak in. Eventually it wil flatten and smooth Pitted scars

I've had the same scars. ive found nothing that helped them. I guess since they're quite deep. I've been having laser sessions at a dermatologist recently and have seen a huge difference.

For light texture issues, exfoliation with AHAs can make a difference, but if the pits are substantial in any way the only thing you can do that will help is getting professional treatments done.
