Since The Ordinary is now coming to Sephora (with early access 12/20) I wanted to know which products are peoples' favorites. I have heard such great things about this brand and cannot wait to try some stuff out! (Also, what great prices!)

I just bought the Niacinamide 10% + 1% Zinc serum about a week ago, and I'm really liking it so far.I can't say anything about long term results but I love how it applies and disappears into my skin, and my skin seems to be a bit brighter already. Now that they're on Sephora I bought 3 more of their products. Hopefully their toner works for me, I'm excited ^-^

I’ve tried almost every products they have and honestly the only 2 products that are good imo are the rosehip oil and the ALA that Sephora didn’t even pick up. All their watery serums are thick and goopy and don’t absorb no matter how little or how much I applied, to damp or dry skin and pilled horribly. Honestly while I was using all TO skincare my skin was the worst it’s ever looked in my entire life

I've tried a few of their products from Beautylish, and I only like the Niacinamide 10% + 1% Zinc. It's my favorite. I even took it with me when I traveled. The only problem is, like any product, if you stop using it, you stop seeing the benefits. What I liked about the Niacinamide 10% + 1% Zinc is that it made my face look more plump and youthful looking.

I wonder why it wasn't on the front page of Sephora that it launched The Ordinary.

I honestly haven't been impressed with any of the Ordinary products that I tried. They are just that. Ordinary. They were hyped because of the incredibly cheap price point imho. I may try one more product I never got from Beautylish (glutton for punishment I guess) if it's available from Sephora, but honestly I've gotten no results from anything I tried.

Alpha Arbutin - maybe it worked? Or did my marks just fade with time as is typical?

Lactic Acid 10% - Sunday Riley made a more visible difference. Glycolic is better for my combo skin.

Niacinamide - Zero help with blemishes or sebum

Rose Hip Seed Oil - meh it's an oil. No changes to my skin.

High Adherence silicone primer - what mattifying and blurring? Pffft!

Azealic Acid - did nothing to hyperpigmentation nor blemishes

I have been using The Ordinary products for about a month and my skin texture is greatly improved. My favorites are the Glycolic Acid Toner, Azelaic Acid, and Alpha Lipoic Acid. I love how my skin feels after using Azelaic Acid...soft, smooth and matte. I also

like the Natural Moisturizing Factors and the 10% Lactic Acid. The one product I don't really care for is the Vitamin C suspension 23%. I don't mind the grittiness, but it leaves me skin feeling very oily. It never absorbs. But overall I think the brand is awesome. Affordable and very "active" products. I have spent a ton of money on Vitamin C serums, AHA lotions, etc. I am happy to have an alternative that works so well!

Hey girl! I've used the Natural Moisturizing Factors, Rosehip Oil, Niacinamide 10% Zinc 1%, Glycolic Acid 7% Toner, and the Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5. The only one I didn't like was the Hyaluronic Acid/B5. The texture dried down weird on my skin. The Ordinary is part of a larger brand called Deciem. I would suggest going on Deciem's website first since they have a larger array of products on their main site! Also, I believe shipping is free over $25. I've used products from a lot of the brands under Deciem's umbrella and I can't say that I've ever been very disappointed with anything! Like Sephora, they have a good return policy as well!

Couldn't wait for Sephora to restock so just bought the 30mls of organic argan oil (CA$6.80) and organic rosehip oil (CA$9.90) from Deciem's bricks and mortar store 🙂

My first The Ordinary purchase ❤️

The argan oil is thick and I'd recommend this for people with thick hair because it will probably weigh down thin hair too much. It also has an earthy smell that I've not experienced with the other argan oil I used. I'm reminded of smoky cheese - it's not a bad smell but thankfully, it does fade quickly! I am guessing my older oil was more filtered.

The rosehip oil absorbs very quickly and is wonderfully hydrating. It does not smell like roses - it reminds me a little of linseed oil that painters use (not chemically and NOT like paint!).
