I love Etude House Skin Mal:gem in Fresh. Out of all the toners I tried, this one controls sebum the best. I haven't tried the rest of the Skin Mal:gem toner line but I heard the Smoother is really good. Klairs supple toner is pretty good as well.

@clareyuri I love Innisfree's Blueberry Rebalancing skin/toner. It's very hydrating and I apply it without a cotton pad. 🙂

There's a brand called SUL-HWA-SOO, it smells a bit like herbal medicine but it's light and doesn't leave a layer feeling.

It's not Korean, but Hado Labo's toner is amazing. It's Japanese, but their entire line is for sensitive skin. Strictly Korean I would say probably COSRx.

You should try the Skinfood Bitter Green Toner & Mask. It contains wheat sprout, kale, celery, broccoli, and cabbage extracts to soothe and moisturize dry and sensitive skin. It also has anti-dust and purifying properties to help the skin become more healthy and clear.

Honestly, for YEARS I've been using the Rice Toner from the Face Shop, and its been so great to my skin. No matter which other toners I try, I always go back.

Try Amore Pacific treatment Toner or Laneige They are both really good but Amore pacific treatment toner is so much more hydrating

Etude House has a line specifically for extremely senstive skin; it's called the Soon Jung line and you'll notice their packaging is very simple compared to Etude's other stuff. all the Soon jung products are made to not irritate easily inflamed skin types.

Two other brands known for being suitable for sensitive skin is Pyunkang Yul and Huxley. I've used the toners from both and liked them.

my ride or die toner/essence is from may coop and it is their raw sauce!!! I would definitely try it out! they have a smaller travel size that is handy too if you don't want to fully commit to the large size just yet!

I really like the toners from Secret Key. I just ordered my second bottle of the milk toner it's really moisturizing and keeps my skin smooth and bright. I would suggest their aloe soothing one for you!
