has anyone ever tried sugar bear hair? i have thick hair but i barley grows & i wanna know if it works before i spend my money. xoxo kait

I’ve heard/read mixed reviews about Sugar Bear hair. My nurse told me to take Biotin 5000 mcg thee times a day (or 3 at once).

I love them! They have 5000mg of Biotin and more. I actually had to slow down because my hair already grows so fast. They make my skin and nails gorgeous too (and are so delicious)!

Try them out, much better than eating a bunch of pills to get all the vitamins in me.

They broke me out a lot for some reason. I prefer the hum nutrition ones

It worked well for me actually: hair grew faster for sure & looked shinnied. I don’t know about it causing breakouts but it could be true, I do notice some more indeed now.
