Best curler for loose curls for stubborn hair?

Hi all! I’m wondering if you can recommend a hair curler that is good for giving loose curls for hair that is super stubborn? I can spend an hour on my hair and use tons of hairspray only for it to go flat and straight again in half an hour. Which hair curler would you suggest?

Drybar 3-Day Bender is amazing,... I have ridiculously stubborn straight hair that never cooperates when it comes to holding a curl. Since I got this curling iron, I have the most beautiful natural looking curls that last over 2 days every single time!!! It’s very easy to use and the heat is completely customizable/adjustable,... I highly recommend it!

I totally agree the Drybar curler is amazing! My curls stayed for so long and I was also able to get tighter curls and I brushed them out for a beachy finish. My hair is pin straight as well. I also set it using a very light hair spray like the Bumble and Bumble Does It All light hair spray.
