What’s a good leave-in-conditioner for thick hair?

I have straight, thick, and oily hair, is there any leave-in-conditioning cream that leaves hair bouncy, soft, and manageable?

@dreamycindy Ouai does make great hair products. They are usually strongly scented, or else I would be using them also! I know this conditioner states it is for curly hair, which I have, but it does a great job of reducing tangles, giving shine, and smoothing curls, so it might be worth a try. It works best for me if I use it after a rinse-off conditioner in the shower. It has a soft scent also.

I have thick hair as well and I just started using the BriogeoColor Me Brilliant™ Mushroom + Bamboo Color Protect Conditioner, it is amazing and also helps brighten the highlights in my hair.
