Hello, I’m on the hunt for a good shampoo/conditioner that specifically targets damaged bleached hair, strengthens in, and helps revive it back to healthy. Out of these two choices -Redken Extreme and Pureology Strength cure - which protein shampoo would you personally choose? My goals are to make my blonde hair be healthy, shiny, smooth and breakage-free

Hi there @bronderRose3 they are essentially made in the same lab by the same company. Redken is more cost effective and my preference.

I had used some shampoo and conditioner for blonde color treated hair. My daughter use some for natural blonde hair. Both same brand. We do not wash our hair everyday. the bottle said best results wash everyday (thank God we didn't) it seems to keep the blond look as if she used sun in. few months later my hair is thinning n more then usual is in the shower. I asked had she had any issues with her shampoo she had lost hair too. Lost a freezer zip lock bag full of hair in less the a week. I switch to some with Biotin it repairs damage hair. It stopped falling out and looks healthy long not has thick but not as thin as it had gotten
