Please suggest something for a nice clean hair look. How to take care of the flying baby hairs :(

I see so many ladies having a clean super tidy hair at stores and offices with not a single hair flying but I have wavy hairs and if I ever go out then it becomes so difficult to manage my baby hairs and worse if the wind is blowing strong.
Please suggest a clean, natural and less chemical based and more organic based option of products to somehow manage my hairs. Or if you can suggest some steps that might help in general would also be really helpful. I really thank you all in advance for all your suggestions.

I'm following @Somdeva I have flyaways too.

Oils and serums help and blowingdrying in downwards motions help to tame them but I'm in this for more tips 🙂

I like and my 💛

I also don't towel dry my hair anymore. I put it up in a Kitsch Hair Towel that helps prevent breakage ( so less flyaways 😉)

I even changed to a silk pillow case. I highly reccomend it. Mine is by Blissy 🩷🩵💜 I love it so much!

Another big one, was not brushing my hair when it's wet or fussing around with it to much. I guess hair is more fragile when it's wet, so it is more likely to break.

Also, wearing braids or breakage proof elastics are helpful.
