I’ve always had healthy, long hair and haven’t had to do much to keep it that way just using shampoo and conditioner from the grocery store. However, as I’ve gotten older - it seems to be thinning and is more easily damaged and even has gotten frizzy towards the ends. I’ve seen on other threads that this is common for Asian women around this age, which I didn’t know.
