I have fine hair to begine with, so this didn't bode well for me at all. I was introduced to Phyto by a friend of mine, and started using Phytodensium. While my hair did feel lighter and healthier, I wasn't completely sold. So then I started using Phytocyane in combination with the Phytodensium mask as a conditioner, and would never go back. My hair loss was decreased immensely, and I have noticed that most of it has begun to grow back, and there is some new growth in my hair line.
