    <description>&lt;P&gt;Honestly, not many products can actually help you. Rogain can help, but as soon as you stop the treatment it will stop working. Most product will give the impression they help thickening your hair by coating them with silicones and such. Try to improve your nutrition, see if you have any deficiencies (I'm thinking B12, but other factors might be involved). I have tried the Aveda system, it smelled good but ruined my hair. I have tried a few brands we find in France, nothing really extraordinary. My hair is always better when I eat loads of proteins. Good luck though, I know what you're going through.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
