I love .It's so warm, sweet, with just a hint of spice.
Top notes: Clove, Orange Blossom, Pink Pepper
Heart: Gaiac Wood, Chestnut, Prickly Cedar
Base: Cashmeran, Peru balsam, Vanilla

@bakeamuffin @mareeeen 100% agree. Nothing makes me feel cozier than By The Fireplace. I never knew I needed a spicy marshmallow scent in my life until I got a sample. Now I have a bottle in my purse and at home 😊

I adore by the fireplace as well.let me also list a few other cozy scents that are nice in the fall.

It smells like marzipan, and rice pudding with orange blossom. Creamy nutty sweet warm goodness and it’s a compliment getter.

In the fall/winter, I love me some Diptyque Feu de Bois! I bet that would go awesome with By the Fireplace!

I wore Anubis by Papillon last week since the weather has cooled down a little and was reminded of how goooooooood it is. I can't wait to wear this throughout the fall. I'm also going to test drive Hiram Green's Hyde which is pretty bonfire-esque.

Most of my tops are winter scents. In terms of fall, I will most likely be doing

LUI by Guerlain - It's a smokey carnation with a resin base and some pear that gives it a 'watery' aspect.

Pure Musc by Narciso Rodriguez - It's my favorite office scent. It's neutral and slightly floral, cozy and perfect for the 'I don't really want to wear perfume' days

Elixir by Penhaligon's - This is a medieval church like scent. Cinnamon, camphor, incense, rose and more resins. Ah, some sandalwood too.

Diptyque Eau Duelle - spicy, semi-dry vanilla that gives me chai tea vibes.

lemon, juniper, pepper, and vanilla - mysterious and cozy - I imagine eating a lemon dessert in the forest, for an introvert this seems like it should be done

- waxy, powdery, sweet - The opening is just like the name suggests - very old Hollywood boudoir. The best part of this is in the heart and dry down when the boozy bourbon vanilla comes forward and the creamy Tonka bean just melts into the skin. This is delightful and I’m hoping they don’t discontinue (I am curious why they stopped selling the travel size of this...)

- marshmallow, green tea, and ginger - powdery, spicy-sweet gourmand with emphasis on marshmallow. The dry down is comforting and easy to wear.

I am not a flowery or vanilla type lass. This is the earthiest smell I have ever come across and i absolutely divine!

Why I love it so much:

authentic tobacco dance with woodsy scent.
The scent makes me feel like putting on the army denim jack, leggings and boots. I feel like a fxcking badass when I wear it.
It isn't too heavy or bothersome to those around you
- (I work in cube-land and have never had a complaint, but I also don't bathe myself in it)
It doesn't fade off immediately like some brands.

I love it be cause it has an Yeah, yeah, it says "cologne", but honestly it's 2019 and nobody gives a damn. I

I've been searching for this combination EVERYWHERE and I will be committed to this fragrance!

I keep rotating 3 fragrances right now, two are cozy, warm spicy-sweet frags: Xerjoff Lira (blood orange, vanilla, caramel, maybe cinnamon) and PdM Herod (tobacco, vanilla, cinnamon, osmanthus, iso e super...). And Montale Intense Cafe (coffee, rose, vanilla, musk).
