Thoughts on the new Phlur Scents?

I was looking at Rose Whip, Peach Skin, and Heavy Cream. Could anyone tell me how each of this genuinely smells to them, both on and off? I question the descriptions for scents sometimes. I adore rose, but I'm worried that Rose Whip will be too musky to mature smelling, and Peach Skin and Heavy Cream I wonder if they'll be overly sweet or true to their names. Thanks! ❤️

I bought @TeaLovingGeek it's very sweet. It dosen't have a strong throw and find once it settles on, it's a very gentle scent, not very powerful. Definitely a sweet sugary gourmand thou.

I have all of those fragrances! I’ll give you a bit of a run through for each from my opinion! ✨

- - it’s pretty true to its name, it has a lactonic note in it that makes this milky. It has the lemon and orange notes in it too, and i will say you get those as well when you spray it. though they are not front and center they’re there. You maybe get a bit of the coconut in this but i wouldn’t classify this as a coconut scent at all, it just support and dances with the orange and lemon in the background. You do get a heavy whip cream note that plays around with a dash of caramel at the end. It is a more subtle scent once dried down, but still pretty sweet. Overall it’s an airy, marshmallowy, creamy gourmand. 🥛

- - this is a really really unique scent and i am actually super super happy i added this to my collection! I wouldn’t classify this as a gourmand what so ever, this is a tropical, juicy, beachy, but with a lot of depth scent. I am skeptical on peach scents because i’m scared they’re too artificial smelling, but this is nothing like that- it’s more of a white peach, a soft peach, nothing synthetic or artificial about it (thank goodness!) but with this scent you get a plum that plays with the peach and bellini, so it adds some good depth to the fruit notes, but as the scent starts to dry and sit you do get a sandalwood note that comes in and takes center stage for a second. It turns it a bit almost masculine ?? (weird but it’s amazing) and after a minute or two it starts to dance along with every other note and it becomes more feminine and beautiful. this fragrance isn’t overly sweet, just gets its sweetness really from the fruits and maybe a small amount from the vanilla orchid, but i don’t really get any caramel notes or milk notes coming through on this. it’s refreshing, juicy, tempting, and overall a great wear for summer! I really suggest giving this a try or getting your nose on this! 🍑

- - okay, let me start by saying i am not the biggest fan of rose perfumes besides a few like Delina, Angel Nova, etc. I really enjoy Rose Whip. It is a similar DNA to Delina, just maybe a bit more juicy/jammy and less complex. In the opening you do get a fruity juicy blackcurrant, but quickly that turns into a fruity/jammy Rose. The osmanthus really helps keep this rose velvety but also bright. As the scent dries down, you get some of those amber and cashmere notes, they dance in the background while the musk takes a bit of a center stage. Overall the Rose does live center stage for this scent, and it’s a true Rose Perfume. I also wouldn’t consider this at all a mature scented Rose Perfume, definitely something newer, brighter, prettier, than what we’ve seen in Rose scents in the past! I think for creating a Rose Fragrance, overall Phlur did really amazing with this! I’d for sure give it a try if you like Rose! 🌹

@TeaLovingGeek I find Heavy Cream a little overpowering tbh. I thought it would be creamier but it does have a little coconut and and not as vanilla as I would prefer. I really like Peach Skin. It smells just like a juicy peach, not too sweet, a little green. This one is a good one for summer IMO. I don't own Rose Whip since I'm not a big fan of rose scents at all but this one is not nearly as intense as Delina. To me, it smells like other Phlur perfumes (Mood Ring, Strawberry Letter, Golden Rule) but with rose thrown in, so it's still pretty fresh.

Thanks so much for the details! I wasn't going to look into Rose Whip originally cause I'd heard it was a very potent, overwhelming scent, but your description of it makes it sound so lovely!
