@LilTimmyA little bit above the $20 budget but you can get a sizable amount (3 oz) for $24.

@LilTimmy @Bath and Body Works has great ones. Also Victoria’s Secret love spell is really good. Sephora just had a sale but you could have gotten the Sol De Janeiro mists for $20 if your a rouge member or knew a Rouge member.

Unfortunately Sol de Janeiro aren't $19 anymore so Pacifica brand which can be found at Ulta.

A little bit over $20 by $4 but I love Sol De Janeiro. If you are still looking for $20 perfume, I would highly recommend Bath And Body Works. They don't last that long but there are many options to choose from, and for the size have plenty to last you a long time. EXP: My perfume from there, has lasted me 2 years, and is only have way done.
